How to?

Please read all the information on this page before placing an order or sending any files. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

  • Provide the bpm of the track
  • Deliver files in the same format as your session. Usually 44.1kHz 24bit but no dithering or conversion!
  • Deliver tracks with stereo information in stereo and track with mono information in mono.
  • Name all files appropriately (Kick, Snare, HiHat etc. No; Audio 1, Audio 2, Audio 3 etc. )
  • Comp your tracks so that the same instrument and vocal is not spread out on multiple tracks such as; lead vocal verse 1, lead vocal verse 2 etc.
  • Deliver instrument tracks processed. If in doubt you can deliver one processed and one unprocessed.
  • Deliver vocal tracks tuned but dry and unprocessed unless the processing is crucial to the sound. If in doubt you can deliver one processed and one unprocessed.
  • All editing is done beforehand (crossfades, breaks, vocal cleanup etc.)
  • All tuning is done beforehand (It can be arranged that we do it for an extra cost. Please contact us for pricing)
  • Keep filter automation
  • Keep your volume settings but make sure nothing is clipping and leave at least 6 db headroom or more.
  • Remember to check the bounced/exported files before sending them to mix to make sure nothing is missing and everything is playing correctly.
  • Include your latest approved rough mix and a couple of reference tracks if possible. Please include your thoughts on how you want the mix to sound like.
  • Zip and send the files via an upload client such as wetransfer.com

Before, during or after the work has started you will receive an invoice that will have to be paid within 8 days.

Cancelations less the 7 days before schedule are charged 100% of the fee.
